How It Works

Simple Five-Step DTF Workflow

Design and RIP

Prepare the artwork and white underbase using AcroRip 9.03 or optional EraRip on a compatible Windows computer.

Print to PET Film

Print the CMYK image and white layer onto compatible roll or sheet DTF transfer film.

Apply Powder

Cover the wet print with DTF hot-melt powder and remove excess powder from the film.

Cure the Transfer

Heat-cure the powdered film until the adhesive melts evenly and forms a smooth transfer layer.

Heat Press and Peel

Press the cured transfer onto the garment, then peel according to the selected film type.
