Five-Step DTF Printing Workflow
Design and RIP
Prepare the artwork and white ink layer, then process the file using AcroRip or EraRip on a Windows computer.
Print to Film
Print the CMYK color layer and white underbase onto compatible PET DTF transfer film.
Apply Powder
Apply DTF hot-melt powder evenly to the wet ink and remove excess powder from the film.
Cure and Transfer
Cure the powdered film with suitable heating equipment, then apply the transfer using a heat press.
Peel and Finish
Peel according to the film type and repress when required to improve surface finish and durability.
