Caledon Public Library invites you to explore your creativity this Fall. We are excited to invite everyone to visit our makerspaces in the Cory Trépanier Creativity Studio in our Caledon East branch and at our Margaret Dunn Valleywood Collaboration Studio.
The new Cory Trépanier Creativity Studio is named after Caledon resident and world-renowned oil painter, filmmaker and explorer, known for his passionate portrayal of Canadian landscapes. Cory’s legacy includes encouraging artists to fearlessly follow their creative dreams, he urged his audience to connect with nature as a source of inspiration and self-discovery. This new studio celebrates art and innovation, and gives the community access to maker tools and emerging technologies to empower and inspire creativity. This space features some of the same popular equipment featured in our Margaret Dunn Valleywood Collaboration Studio, including a Glowforge 3D Laser Printer and a Cricut® Station, but also features new and exciting tools! The space has a direct to garment printer that can be used to make personalized garments and a Memory Station for preserving memories. On our website, you can find out more about our maker equipment.
Join us in October if you want to learn more about the maker tools we offer! The registration for our October Maker Programs will open at 10am on Sunday 1st October through our calendar. We ask that you register for only one workshop of the same name at a time. This is due to our popular maker programs. So, more members of the community can join. Thanks for being such a good neighbor.

Creativebug is one of the digital resources available through our website. Creativebug provides online videos of arts and crafts techniques. Learn to paint, knit crochet, sew and more.
LinkedIn Learning
Your library card also gives you access to LinkedIn Learning (formerly Lynda.com). This resource provides free online courses, instructional videos, and real-world industry expertise in the areas of business, software and technology. The courses cover topics like 3D design, Adobe Software, audio and video editing, and more. Over 16,000 courses are available in different languages.
