Mimaki USA Introduces Its Latest DTF Printer: TxF300-75

Mimaki USA introduces the TxF300 75 direct-to film printer.

Mimaki USA, a leading manufacturer of wide-format inkjet printers and cutters, is thrilled to announce the global debut of its latest innovation – the TxF300-75 direct-to-film printer. After the TxF15075 DTF Printer, launched in April 2023 was a huge success, the market demanded an increase in efficiency. Mimaki USA’s commitment to deliver timely customer-centric products has led us to introduce TxF300 75 to meet these increased production needs.

This new TxF30075 model has increased productivity by 300% over the previous model. Mimaki has continued to provide reliable support and a high level of reliability with this latest launch. This further distinguishes Mimaki as a leading provider in textile and apparel print solutions. The TxF300 75 offers the same core functionality as the TxF15075 while offering increased productivity. The following features are integral to a seamless operation:

  • MCTv2 is a new ink recirculation feature that prevents white ink from becoming unstable.
  • Adoption of degassed Ink through Aluminum Packaging
  • Integration of Mimaki’s NCU (Nozzle Check Unit) technology and NRS (Nozzle Recovery System), facilitating uninterrupted production.
  • ECO-PASSPORT Certification, a requirement for OEKOTEX certification.

The DTF system allows for intricate designs to be printed on a wide range of fabrics including cotton, mixed fabrics, polyester and even darker shades. The TxF300 75 is scheduled to launch at the end of August 2023.
